One of the Key Performance Indicator he has set for himself is people development. In his tenure within the corporate organizations he added value through leading various business critical and strategic projects including Finance Transformation, SOX 404, Organizational Restructuring and Corporate Governance implementation. He has also worked as a Consultant with the World Bank and has been engaged in various assignments related to improvement in Public Financial Management.
Like any other service industry he is fully cognizant of the fact that customer service is an important success quotient. He believes that the key pillars of customer service are transparent communication, superior quality and a flexible approach As a leader of the consulting practice he has steered assignments ranging from strategic planning to pricing, fiduciary reviews to accounting system implementation, financial modeling to Non Operator audits (Oil and Gas sector) and from business valuation to Risk Management.
Faheem is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a Management Accountant from CIMA (UK). Spending quality time with family and playing golf is what he loves to do!
